Man watched the power of steam for thousands of year as their cooking pots boiled, but it wasn't until the early 17th century that mankind invented the steam engine since then the increase in technology has been exponential. It really is amazing to think how fast technology has progressed. We have 3D printer, driver-less cars, robots, and a hand held computer that allows us to communicate instantly to anyone anywhere in the world. Through the Internet we have an incredible knowledge base and entertainment system at our figure tips. From the steam engine to the computer to bionics to changing or own DNA the rapid increase is truly amazing, what is next are we speeding down the track to fast? Will we be derailed? What does our future as a species hold?
