Description
So many life lessons learned while watching the original Star Trek with Leonard Nimoy as MR. Spock. I admired his physical and mental strength and especially his logical thinking. I have tried to emulate his character throughout my life. It was alway interesting to me as logical as he was the deep conflict within. I tried to capture that (emotion) in this painting of Spock on the bridge of the USS Enterprise torn between his human side in red, and his Vulcan side in green, contemplating the needs of the many against the needs of a few as a planet may possible be torn apart. It seemed to me that while striving to become more Vulcan he became more Human, no matter what Bones would have said.
